Speed Painting Reboot 19 - Beam

I can't particularly remember the original idea behind this character, beyond that I wanted to do a secret agent sort of thing. Decided against doing that much to this one beyond just doing it better - given a bit more time I'd probably try and make the outfit slightly more distinctive.
